This sounds basic, but everything the technicians know now has been learned through years of almost exclusively self-teaching. We dedicated ourselves to learning everything there is to know until we were experts. There are some cases where the latest models use a very specific engine oil grade so, in these cases, we make sure that we use the genuine oil.
